Define and describe OSS/BSS

• Business Support services (BSS) are the components that cloud operators use to run their business operations.  Such operations include - taking customer orders, managing customer data etc
• Operational support Services ( OSS) are computer systems used by cloud service providers- network services, provisioning services
• BSS and OSS need to be externalised so that they can be moved to cloud environments
